Refund Policy

At Wild Raven Tarot, every reading is prepared with care, intention, and time. Because tarot readings are a personalized service, this Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

1. No Refunds on Completed Readings

All tarot readings—whether delivered live, by video, by email, or through any other format—are non‑refundable once the reading has been completed or delivered.

This is because:

  • Tarot readings are custom, intuitive services

  • Time, energy, and preparation are invested before and during each session

  • The service cannot be “returned” once performed

If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out so we can discuss it. While refunds are not offered, we want every client to feel supported.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client‑Initiated Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before your appointment:
    You may cancel for a full refund or request to reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
    Refunds are not available, but you may request one reschedule at our discretion.

No‑Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is considered completed and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

3. Technical Issues (For Online Readings)

If a reading cannot be completed due to:

  • Internet outages

  • Platform failure

  • Technical problems on our end

We will reschedule your session at no additional cost.

If the issue is on the client’s side, we will make reasonable attempts to reconnect. If the session cannot continue, a one‑time reschedule may be offered.

4. Digital Products (If Applicable)

If Wild Raven Tarot offers digital items such as:

  • PDFs

  • Guides

  • Recorded readings

  • Courses

These items are non‑refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.

5. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are:

  • Non‑refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Transferable to another person

6. Right to Refuse Service

Wild Raven Tarot reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking.
If we cancel a session for any reason before it is delivered, you will receive a full refund.
